Hey guys. The rear muffler has gone on my old mans ute. He was going to put a stock back on and was quoted $150 (fitted) to do so. I reckon there has to be something better for that money. Being a Magna owner (TJ Sports) i know by adding a straight through rear muffler to the base model (TJ) they pick up around 8kw. I'd expect the similar gains from chucking on a straight through muffler to the ute correct? If so, guys, what brands should i tell him to get? Lukey seems to be ok on the Magna's. Got any part numbers at all i should look out for? Any what could he get for $150?

On my Xr6 ute i replaced the 3 factory mufflers with 1 straight flow and 2 resonators which sound great ,dont know about the power increase though it may rev a little quicker if any thing, and that was $200.
