Anyone any thoughts about removing Last muffler and replace it with 2" s/s Pipe to improve the exhaust sound. Will this cause any Problems that you know off, Thanks in Advance, Steve

I would imagine that it would be noisier than standard. Why not try a free flowing (straight thru) muffler, or a resonator?

Give it a spin! I turfed the standard rear for a piece of
2.5" pipe and it sounded better (similar but deeper, not annoying or drony) and for $50 fitted was cheap as well. Stainless
would no doubt be dearer (approx 3 times according to my
local exhaust place)

Maybe you should test your theory with a standard pipe then upgrade it to SS if it suits?
