I was just browsing through ebay and saw that a member is selling a set of pacemakers to suit EA-BA, I was wondering if in fact the BA manifolds can be fitted to earlier models, namely the XR6t manifold as I am sure ford would sell these seperately

Don''t know for sure, but you would have thought the DOHC layout would make the head a fair bit wider at the ports so therefore exhaust would be different.

I think the fact that that user on ebay offers those pacemakers for both BA and pre BA aswell as offering them again and again after previous auctions means they are a supplier/outlet of some type and can supply the different product accordingly.

If they changed the bolt patern on the head (so I've been told) for the intake, then I'm sure the exhaust one would be different too.

Surely someone can confirm tho...

Ok call me stupid or something but a turbo manifold is like completely different to a conventional manifold to start of with. As turbo works with exhaust gas's and teh extractors pass trough the turbo itself then to the rest of the exhaust system.

Forget about an XR6-T manfifold on a conventional atmo engine.
