Hey all i had a friend pop into herrod today, and Mr Herrod himself said by putting in extractors, high flow cat, and free flow exhaust system, they had to offer for the I6 BA, 20 RWKW would be the end gain!

Is this true?

I find it hard to believe 30 KW would be gained at the fly from a full exhaust?

But the words came from Mr Herrod Himself?

I have no doubt about it! the new DOHC 4L's respond very well to mods... they are restricted in stock form and 20kw at the wheels sounds feasable

20 rwkw sound right, there are numerous people on this forum that have done this and gainded that much and with CAI the whole system is much sweeter.

I'm thinking of going the cheapo way and getting herrod extractors and then jetting a exhaust shop to take out the large muffler from the stock system (as it is 2 1/2 standard).
