I may be able to assist you with some advice, even though I'm in the USA and we don't have the Ka, though I have seen pictures of them. So you call the muffler on a Ka a back box. I'm assuming you've bought a performance muffler considering the exhaust tip is larger than the original. Typically, you just cut the bumper so it will fit and have the correct gap. You do not need a new bumper/fascia. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Thanks for the help, but I have a new problem :D
The backbox itself has no mounting devices on it its just plain round, should there be some on it???
If it's a universal fit type, probably not. If they said it was specifically made for your Ka, check your old muffler for a removable hanger strap of some kind. Otherwise, you'll have to get a universal hanger of some kind. Post some detailed pictures of the new muffler, and of the one that's on the car right now at as many possible angles you can take from under the car. That way I can better see what you're dealing with.

Did you use photobucket??? You upload to them, click on the direct link tab for the picture, then on here click on the insert image button and paste the link for the picture. If you did go with photobucket or some other site, give me your member name and I'll look at them on there.
