Yep, a Ferrari V8 or especially a V12 would have to be on top of the list. I'm sure there will be plenty of people who will disagree with me, but from the Ferraris i've heard in real life (a couple of 355's on the road and 1 silver/grey Maranello which was started in a hangar and revved pretty hard), as well as those I've got at home on video:a 1957 250 Testarossa and 1963 250GTO driven hard by John Surtees, nothing with numberplates even comes close.
