Hey All,

The question of what's best to get in terms of exhaust setup has been covered to death in many other posts, so I'm not going to ask that again.
What I am interested in is any experiences people have had with Dandy Exhaust here in Melbourne (Cheltenhamish, I think).
A friend has had work done on his VN there and was quite happy with what they did (I don't remember details, but I'm fairly sure he's had the full works, headers and back, mild steel, i think).
He recommends them, but I'd really like to know what people's opinions of them are, especially with respect to work on (and their knowledge of, I suppose) Fords. If it makes a difference, I have an EL Fairmont I6.

Umm, yeah.

Did that. Before i started this thread. I'm (for the most part) not a complete idiot. I don't want to waste people's time, so I always search before asking a question.

Maybe you misread my post. I'm <b>NOT</b> asking for exhaust advice, I want info on a specific exhaust shop. If you misread, fine. If not, I don't see what you're going on about. If i've missed something, please point it out.

My first search I limited to the garage. I assumed that a tech q like this would be in the garage. Two matches, neither of which actually mention Dandy Exhaust. Did another search just now, three matches. Two originals from garage, one more from E-series forums. Still no mention of Dandy Exhaust. All matches just happen to be posts that contain both the words dandy and exhaust. So thanks for the tip, but, well, been there, done that.

If i sound a little pissed it's because I do make an effort to search before posting questions, to avoid things just like this. So yes, I'm pissed. Also, it's 9am on tuesday. I hate 9am on tuesday.

HaHaHa classic. Yeah mate i advise that u go down there and talk to the blokes at the shop get a feel for the place and his opinions on the best set up for you. Just make sure that they use quality components. And ring around and get some quotes, might get it cheaper elsewhere.

I've never heard of Dandy exhaust so i cant comment on that workshop...
