EA exhaust/cam -> EF - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

My mate has just bought a 94 EF Falcon, and is looking to bring his exhaust and extractors, as well as his cam, from his 88 EA Spac 3.9 mpfi.

Is there any problems in doing this without any modding, or will it be too much stuffing around?

I have an unmodified EF exhaust in my EB.....
The only difference is the pipe to gearbox support, this is unneccesary anyway so I cut it off :)

The EF cams are different design due to their dual runner intake. If will fit and work, but wont give the best result. If he is going to the trouble of changing cams, I would suggest just getting a cam to suit the EF.
