I'm going to put a dual 2" exhaust on my 250. Why? you say. I can't afford a 351! But I still love the look and sound of a dual system. Has anyone ever run a dual 2" off a 250 before? and if so, how did they mount it? Is there another place for the exhaust to cross to the lefthand side other than under the gearbox? My sedan is lowered 2" as well so I don't really want to hear scrapings everytime I drive her.

I ran a 250 2v in a XT ute with extractors & a single 2 1/2" exhaust with a good quality turbo muffler & heaps of ppl thought I was running a v8
just a thought for you
Any good exhaust shop will be able to fit 1 up for you that wont hit or scrape

Ive got a pre x-flow 250, with a single 2 1/4, turbo muffler and extractors. And it sounds like an 8 at idle, and up to about 1,500 - 2000 rpm, and it sounds really good on the highway. Its got a nice burble to it, but you've gotta remember you'll never make a 6 sound like an 8.
Though im the same, i love the look of dual exhaust. You could always just get dual from the muffler back.
