Hi All,

New to this list so I hope you guys can point me to the right direction.

I had an EL and now a 2002 Ford falcon Forte AUIII.

I have notice with both cars that following heavy traffic that even on recurculation position that some exhaust fumes still get into the car with all the windows up etc. I have checked the flap and its in full recirc position and is there a way to permanently block the incoming air access on the outside as I drive allot in traffic and through Melbournes stupid smokey tunnells.

Nah.
There always have to be holes to allow positive air pressure out - notably from the aircon. You probably own an airconditioning unit at home where you have to make sure the windows are open or something, too.
Then you've got small leaks around drain holes, door seals, etc.

Where are these holes so I can block them up ??

check the boot seal, this is one of the many causes of exhaust leaks into a car.
