I looking for a better sound for my XR8 ute,
what would you recommend as in extractors
and exhaust set up ?

Use Aussie Car Enhancements in Melton he is a Di Filippo Agent. Has a good looking factory and does great work.

I have dual 2 1/4 pipes with one muffler on each pipe, and I'm running Pacemaker comp series extractors. Everyone that has heard it so far has commented on how good it sounds. And best of all no drone at all

Ask Noddy or Twinpiston they have both heard it since the extractors went on...

I have 4 into 1 header's running into a single 2.5 inch mandrel bend with one muffler and a rear resenator, all from Herrod's in S/S, the sound is awsome and not much of a drone either but even if it did have a drone that wouldn't worry me as I love driving with that sound resonating from the rear,mmmmmmmmmn.
