For extractors.. Pacemaker race series are pretty damn popular, JMM headers are basically a rip-off of pacemakers (apparently) so they'd be just as good.. avoid Genies, they get a lot of bad / mixed reports in my experiance.
As for exhausts.. Lukey or Redback I guess..
Note that extractors/exhausts aren't a do-it-yourself item, unless you have the ability to weld, so expect to cough up a bit extra for the installation.

My friend has the Pacemaker race series and I have the JMM race series and they are nothing at all alike.
I personally think the JMM headers are a better design, however that's just my opinion.
Rick.

What's that?..... Did I hear you say TQE power?
the new JMM competition headers are getting great reviews (i got the older headers from JMM and they free the revs right up and add a deeper note to the exhaust)
Just want to point out to you that if you choose the pacemaker route, look into part number #4480 (the newer competition headers) as opposed to the older #4499 for the ford I6. i rang up a exhaust place and thats $410 fitted.
A redback exhaust (2.5" with a straight thru muffler) will cost you about $300, but i strongly recommend you get a straight thru resonator/hotdog put on, so it doesn't drone and sound like a truck (i need to buy a resonator because i got done for it being to loud)
I can reconmend both, teh JmmSacavanger headers(not race series), although by what ive heard the Race series afe very good.
I also run a Redback 2.5" system with Two straight through mufflers, its nice and quiet with a good note, but when you boot it its gets loud.
Cost me $350
I've got pacemaker headers, a high flow cat and 2.5" lukey exhaust on my EF, it sounds awesome and has got my car from a stock 16.2 down to consistent 15.6's and I should be able to do 15.5's now that I have my launch technique down.
pyscho chicken did you miss part of the thread ?
