Im thinking about buying the Percys Seal-4-Good reusable flange gaskets and I heard they were awesome. has anyone ever tried or had a problem with them?

I've always used Mr gasket for supplies. I got a head gasket from a smaller no name shop and they mailed it to me in a small square package only for me to open it and see that it was FOLDED IN HALF. I couldn't believe it.
