which headers for EB S-XR6?

Hi guys, newbie here.
I own an EB S-XR6 which is totally standard apart from a 2 1/2 cat back exhaust. I am looking at buying some headers and am tossing up between the Pacemaker ph4499 and ph4480's. I am mainly after increase in low/midrange as I am not a speed freak on the open road. Basically I'm after improved throttle response on around town driving and overtaking. Recommendations anyone?

If you have money to burn and like wank factor get JMM Race series.
If you'd prefer to not pay 400 extra bucks for a bee's dick of performance, get pacey comps.

Which ones? 4499 or 4480, please provide reasons as I don't know too much about headers.

I think 4480 is 6>3>1 where as 4499 is 6>2>1. I'd go with the 4480.

Pyscho Cicken, any reason why you would recommend the 4480 over the 4499? Please keep in mind my engine is stock standard XR6 and I am not a hoon driver.

Re: which headers for EB S-XR6?

the 6=>2=>1's are better for low end torque
6=>3=>1's (ala pacy comps) are better for top end power.
