Let's see if I can get some feedback here!I just purchased a 1994 Thunderbird SC. I have read on this site that the stock exhaust is very restrictive.This car has low kilos on it and the head gaskets were just done.The owner showed me all the reciepts for the parts and no expence was spared.I was thinking of removeing the cats and replacing the stock mufflers with a set of magna flows.Any thoughts guys?

I would get a high flow cat to stay legal, and up grade the exhaust size a half inch bigger then stock and yes put a Magnaflow muffler on there, and if it's too loud for your liking or legal wise, just put another muffler on there to quit it down more, or even a resonator, but I personally would go with another muffler before a resonator.

Yes, the newer catylytic converters, amazingly, improve flow (magnaflow ones). those with a set of free flowing mufflers like a flowmaster 44 or something will defineatly make your engine roar to life
