Turbo exhaust manifolds

Where abouts can you get a turbo exhaust manifold for a 250 cross flow (alloy head) and prices if any one knows.
Another question off the manifold topic. If your using a carby when turboing a 250 would a vacume secondary carby be alrite to use? I understand it will have to be modified.
