Ive Made My Own Dual Exhaust From Old Parts Im A Poor Student,is My Excuse .on My Xw 302w I Used Extractors Same Size Pipes 2inch But 2 Diff Mufflers No Join Balancer ,will This Affect My Engine?one Muffler Is Fatter And Bigger Pipes By1/2 Inch But Same Length.she Sounds Good .am I Crazy Or What?will This Work Ok 4 A While Till I Afford Newies.

If it gets you by and the cops don't put a noise defect on it what else do you wan't?

Performance wise is an unknown but it shouldn't hurt the vehicle in anyway. Budgeting for an upgrade may be wise though.

If the flow is significantly different the plugs in one bank will show richer/leaner than the other.

You could get std 2 1/4 mufflers free out of the exhaust shop bins. Holden and Ford are both 2 1/4 standard. The Holden ones are even stainless and fairly quiet too.
