Will AU Headers fit a EL?

I've seen the new Headers from Pacemaker for AUII. The headers use a Cleveland/Yates diagonal bolt patern(plus oval ports in the headers) but they use a spacer plate/flange between the headers which uses the Windsor style horizontal bolt parten(and retangle port shape). These are just what I have been looking for, for my "wildly" ported GT-40p heads. Does anyone know if the AU style headers will fit past the Steering shaft and firewall etc...
