I dont think so.. the XE falcon is about 110 mm longer. I'm not sure about the wheel base, but from memory the XP is a bit shorter in the wheelbase too, which would mean the "hump" in the exhaust to go over the rear axle would be too far forward. And then you've got mounting points etc, so i dont like your chances.
If your talking about the exhaust manifold, yes that will fit, providing it is pre-crossflow.
Obviously it can be made to fit, ie. bits cut out and welded in to make it longer, but its a fair bit of friggin around, it'd be easier to go to an exhaust shop and get and exhaust put on by the professionals. I got a 2 1/4 put on for under $200 from memory.
