i just had a 2005 zx4 at the dealer for a 5000 mile oil change. i also
had a noise in the front end that they checked and there was a service
bulletin issued to retorque the nuts at the strut for sway bar (ssm #18163).

my question is, is there a place on the net that someone can look to
read these service bulletins?

a link would be greatly appreciated.
