its a 1987 ford thunderbird turbo coupe with the electric/hydralic? brake
booster. brake pedal gets hard as a rock and braking power is minimal.
wondering if anybody knows about this system and how to diagsnosis this
issue. anything and everything will help me.

try checking you fuses ,
