She's alive, awesome! I fired mine up the other day with a new
battery. The glove box light switch killed the last one. Now with
about 20 other things to fix both electrical and mechanical I can start
saving some gas over my F-150.

LOL, yeah, that's where I'm at too.... windshield is most expensive @ $85
installed (former owners got frustrated and hit it with a screwdriver).
Have some serious rust management to attend to (floor buckets rusted
through) a quick fiberglass patch should work.
My E-150 can now rest from the winter salt.

I had a 1988 Escort GT and everytime I tried to run the air conditioning,
the idle would drop clear out of the piece of shit. Sometimes this would
happen in the middle of intersections and the car wouldn't restart for a
long time.
