The best way to do this repair to use an insert in the
spark plug hole. This repair does not require removal of
the cylinder head. It can be done in the vehicle. If you
have a mechanic that you can trust you may want to go ahead
and install inserts in all of the spark plug holes. The
cost of replacing all of them will still be less than
replacing a single cylinder head you can find the repair kit
at the link below. This is a reliable repair that should
last life of the engine if done correctly.
