96 Crown Vic Brake Lines from Master Cyl to ABS Pump

Hi,

The brake lines from the master cylinder to the ABS pump are bing replaced
by the dealer on a 96 Ford Crown Vic. The old lines have a short section of
stainless steel braid, and the dealer wants to replace it with brake tubing.
Is this OK to do this or do I run the risk of a line cracking in the future
due to flexing?

Thanks
Michael
