hi ive got a 1992 ford escort encore its been workin fine until recently the interior light fuse blew and when i try to replace the fuse it blows straight away. after putting a multi meter to it ive found out that there is a constant 12 volts going to where my fuse should be, also the indicator and hazard fuse has blown i can replace them but they only work for a couple of clicks then they blow again any help would be very much appreciated thanx :)
