Re: 99 Windstar wipers

I'm not sure whats wrong with your wipers but I have a 98 Crown Vic
and my wipers are junk. They won't park at all. Intermittent and other
cylces work okay, but when I shut them off they go to the top
position.

You need a wiper motor.
