If so many many American's already possess such "wireless"
transmission devices. Though delivery to the cars computer I'd
imagine would be contingent upon skills of the operator ;-)

There is also one for cars... it sends out an EMP (elctro magnetic
pulse) which fries the electronics of the car (same way a nuke would
wipe out anything computerized), and the car actually does slow
down....
