I recently purchased a 2002 F150 Lariat that only had one key, one remote
entry, and coded entry on driver's door and no vehicle manual. Is there a
way to reset the door code and program a new code?

If you are referring to the touch pad on the door, it can be
changed, but you need the original code to do so. Look around on
the car, there was a sticker with that number placed somewhere on
the vehicle when new.
