Perhaps you're right Eric. This doesn't mean it has to be, or even
designed to be necessarily used while driving, but note the wireless
Bluetooth allows hands-free, an option most cell phone users don't have

It's not the hands on or hands free that's the problem, it's trying to
concentrate on doing two thngs at once that is. It's a safe bet that the
car you see going slower than the traffic has a driver on the phone.

Safe driving? Using a cell-phone at all (hands free or not) is the issue.
The problem is that humans cannot concentrate on driving and talking at the
same time.
