Having a problem with the Windshield Wipers not returning to the Park
position when the switch is shut off.
They stop in the Straight up position.
Would this be a bad ground-- switch--or the motor itself ?
Any quick fixes for this ? TIA....JK.....

Unless the linkage or arms are out of position, you need to
replace the motor. The switching is internal

Not sure about a TC, but when that happens on a Mark VII, 90% of the time, it's
a corroded ground wire.
