i have a 1995 limited with auto climate control and the heater /ac blower
only works on high speed. so i purchased a new blower resistor but when i
went to re and re the old one it is not the same as the resistor. it is a
circuit board with a resistor and a small flow through honecomb type piece
attached. now i find out it is special because of the auto temp control and
it is $226 cdn. i cannot afford that so which years can i salvage from and
how can i carry on my diagnosis that it actually is this blower motor speed
module.
I called Bob Utter Lincoln Merc in Sherman Texas 1 800 259 3560
Tell them you found them through the internet. It was $44.29 plus
shipping and very easy to install.
I don't know if there is a problem between US and Canada...
