was wondering if you all thought that having the engine flushed sounds like
a good idea to see if this will help fix the problem that I have with one
lifter tapping when the engine is cold?

I think it is a waste.
Are you sure its a lifter and not a fuel injector? Sometiomes they
sound alike .
