ok first the blower motor relay hums, the number 10 fuse blows
imediately when replaced, first i lost the heat then the cold air now
it just blows air. there is about a 3 to 4 second delay when i turn
the ignition off, i can still operate the windows and the door alarm
sounds when the door is open there is about a 3 to 4 second delay
before it turns off. and there are more problems but ive tried
everything i can.

som of the thing ive tried were replace the relay but it didnt work,
ive replaced the switch on the selector knob for the defrost and vent
settings, searched for any shorts in the wires. when the relay hums
and vibrates somtime its loud and other times it quiet but can still
be hurd
