I have a 2000 Expedition with Premium sound (whatever that is). How do
I get the speaker grills off? They appear to have a clip with an
"arrowhead" on them. I already busted one arrowhead off trying to pry
the grill off.

You mean the door panel or the black plastic grill on the speaker ???????

Black plastic grill doesn't come of the speaker, is sold with it

If you are replacing speaker, best go by the better aftermarket 2 or 3 way
speakers

The Grill is OEM on the Door Panel.
