Oops! Jumped the gun. Rumour mongering. However, predictions for
this weekend
are for $2/L pricing due to the hurricane.
Current pricing is around $1.04.

Gas has not changed yet in Calgary. I think central Canadians are
getting it extra hard (sans lube) from the Oil copanies. Many of those
oil companies are headquartered in Calgary. Maybe you should consider
this part of Albertas payback for the NEP?

Still $2.39-$2.89 here. You just have to hunt a little to find a
station with electricity...

As it turned out, the panic was for nothing, the price (except at one
scumbag's station outside Toronto and some in Quebec that raised
prices to $1.95/L) didn't go above $1.05.
