My Mustang GT supposedly left the factory 2-3 weeks ago. How long
should it take to get to California? How long should I wait before I
begin suspecting they sold it at a markup rather than take my promised
MSRP, and are hoping I give up and go elsewhere?

Go there and ask in person to the salemsman. If not satisfied, ask
the manager. Next stop call Ford and ask them. ;)
What is so special that this one is taking so long to get here? Did you get
that fancy interior or something?
