Problems with a '97

Greetings,

Well, I'm having many problems with my '97 right now, but there are two
issues that I was hoping to get help with:

1. Does anyone else ever get the extreme fluctuations in RPM after
starting the car? This happens only when the temperature is low. This
has been going on for years! It takes close to ten muinutes for the
car to get warmed up. Trying to drive with the RPM's being
inconsistent can cause a pretty rough ride.

2. Neither of my cigarette lighters seem to work and my cruise control
is out. I'm assuming these are connected, but the fuses all look fine!

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could throw some advice my way.

Thanks!
~Jeff

Clean the idle air control valve with throttle body cleaner. Just remove
it and give it a good cleaning and reinstall.

Sounds like a fuse.
