It is obviously a joke by the seller. Judging from the questions at the
bottom, the bidders seem to know it is a joke too.

Generally the bidders.... they'll bid higher than retail, and pay
shipping & handling on top of that. Once in a while a seller who
doesn't have a clue as to what they have.
