would someone who has theirs tell me if the rear seat folds down on the
'05 'vert (as it does on the fastback)?

btw, my local small town dealer - who has been selling even V6 fastbacks
at thousands over sticker, now has 8 converts on the front line....2 GTs
and 6 V6s.....NO added dealer installed items or extra profit
stickers....and they don't seem to be disappearing too fast......maybe
supply is catching-up!

No, it doesn't fold down. The space behind the seat is for the top, only.
The trunk doesn't give you access to that space behind the seat either.
