Arizona Emissions Bill Signed!

Arizona House Bill 2357 was signed by Governor Napolitano today!!! Now
let's see what happens....

I'd be willing to bet it won't actually take effect until next
January, but at least it's a start. I'm hoping that Hagerty's rates
don't jump up from this, or the whole thing wil be a waste.

That's true, it appears that it could take two years before the DEQ and the
EPA work it all out. They actually have until January 1, 2009, but let's
hope for the best. In the meantime, next year a 25-year rollback will be
proposed along with other legislation.
