Background watermark - fixed or scrolling?

I created my first background watermark, in text. Better than gray!
The font, why, Trebuchet, of course.

Using Word and Paint (pretty damned clunky for this), I haven't gotten
it to do that diagonal pattern yet, so it's just vertically stacked.

But! I can have it stay fixed, or scroll with the page.

Please vote! I like "fixed", myself, it's not the norm...
