Sorry to take so long getting back on here with the info, Jason.
I came up with C5AZ 7543 C for the bushing, but it's obsolete, no longer
available from Ford. For the pedal rod, C0AZ 7526 B, still available out of
the Memphis depot. They come from Ford as a package of 6, so the dealer may
want you to buy all 6 pieces if it's something they never usually sell.
