At a typical 200 square feet per car including margins around it, I
could actually fill one of those right now and have no room for parts.

I remember those days, not more than 8 years ago you and I were in the
same boat. When I had to move closer to the city the collection dwindled
rapidly. Soon I'll have the space again, then the fun of hunting down
those elusive barn finds will start all over again.....
