I got it from a 1978 or so full-size Ford or Lincoln that was in a junkyard.
We knew which rim to test it on in the junkyard and did so. The tire
actually came out of the back of a Ranchero at the yard where someone had
tossed it. We checked a lot of tires that day. LOL
A lot of them look the right size, but don't fit the lugs. I think the
diameter of the tire is about 25 inches and the thickness is less than 6
inches. I made a fancy tire cover for it, which is I why remember the
measurements.
