SKIP NEWBERY

Concerning the 2001 Ford Sport Trac, Is there any way to extract and
decipher engine codes by using the dash buttons, ala GM cars? Have check
engine light on and would like to know what the problem is. Thanks in
advance.

While holding in the odometer reset button, start vehicle and drive to an
Autozone or similar store.
Release button, go inside, and ask the (mostly) morons there to read the
codes for you.
