p0176 code fuel compisition sensor
what is a fuel compisition sensor? let me tell you. after countless and
exhusting changes of sensors and driving myself totally insane with what
is it, where is it, how much does it cost and where do i get it i finally
figure it out.FUEL COMPISITION SENSORS are used on flex fuel vehicles to
sense what type of fuel you are using and when things go haywire on your
vehicle like anyone else ity drives them totally crazy.my truck is a 1999
ranger and it is located on the right rear inner frame. 1 line in and 1
line out with a two or three wire plug on the top. this act's just like a
bad convertor,o2 sensor,throttle body,position sensor ect.it stalls
hesitates blows black smoke and many more.hope this helps everyone
