460, automatic

I have not measured it yet but my feeling is it is a 4.10 or so.
Would like to get a 3.0 posi but need to know how many
splines stock axles have.

Any info or pointers would be welcome.

Your truck should have 31 spline axels.
Most 31 spline axels have a round counter-sunk center, as opposed to a
larger Oval in the center between the lugs...
