The ways to lower a vehicle are legion. Lowering blocks in the rear
if the axle
sits on top the springs, reverse shackles is another way. less
arched springs, some idiot with
a torch heating the springs till it drops. radical lowering is some
times accompanied by "notching"
the frame rails to clear the axle tubes.
All of the same for the front if leaf springs , along with spindles
designed to lower the vehicle. shorter coil springs or heating the
springs with a torch till the vehicles settles.
My advice, keep looking.
