I got mine off Ebay, I paid five bucks plus shipping and it has everything.
I am told it is a direct descennnnndant of the original Ford dealer service
manual.

That's true. They are quite inexpensive on eBay, if you don't mind
printing out the page when you need it. I prefer working from the book.
However, a full set of paper manuals will set you back a couple hundered
dollars through Helm or Ford. Either way, you will get it all back in a
very short time.
