have changed starter many times, They only last awhile and start making a high pitched noise while turning over. New flywheel installed and no signs of damage on flywheel teeth or starter. This is the fourth one we have put on in the past two years. I know they use shims on a Chevy starter sometimes but cannot find any for fords . I hate not being able to figure it out myself, but need help
